Take a payment nobody processes: a bank transfer, cash at the counter, an invoice settled later. The order waits unpaid until an operator confirms the money arrived.
Installing it
From the running site: Admin, then Modules, then Marketplace. Pick it and the app installs, migrates and rebuilds itself. Anything it depends on is installed with it.
