Reads bans, mutes, warnings and kicks out of a LiteBans database and records them against the member who owns the account
Installing it
From the running site: Admin, then Modules, then Marketplace. Pick it and the app installs, migrates and rebuilds itself. Anything it depends on is installed with it.
